Easy Return & Refund Policy

We have a Easy Return Policy

  • You can send back the item you have purchased to us in its original condition along with the tags enclosed in the same package within 5 days after receiving the product, in case you do not like it for any reasons.
  • In case of genuine fault from our side, we will refund the product cost excluding the shipping cost or we may replace the product without additional charges. We take due care in packing and shipping your orders. However, in exceptional cases, if your order is delivered defective or damaged, please inform us immediately within 24 hours of receiving your order. Any issue reported after 24 hours will be specifically looked and decided, so as to cause no inconvenience to our customers. All products carry guarantee/warranty from the manufacturer end wherever applicable or provided by the manufacturer. The defective or damaged product will be replaced or your entire money will be refunded to you.

How to send the returns?

  • You must email us immediately in the email address as given here, → before sending any returns.
  • If you have any questions or clarifications you can contact our customer support, we shall assist you on how to have the product sent back to us.

  • We would entertain the return, only if we had received your email about the same request.
  • Returns would not be accepted for custom made / stitched clothing, However, we would accept returns if there is any faults from our end.
  • We do not accept any returns after 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
  • All products should be returned in original condition with tags intact as attached in the product. Presence of original tags is a must to accept returns.
  • Any complaint with regards to damage or any other should be reported to us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the products. We may ask for a digital picture of the same in order to review the same.

Refund on Returns:

  • We will not refund the custom duties, taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.
  • No refund request will be entertained once the product has been dispatched or has been delayed at the courier service.
  • No refund request will be entertained for delay due to unforeseen conditions (bad weather, strikes, bandh, etc.)
  • At any point of time, in any case the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.
  • There is an admin/credit card commission cost of Rs. 100 which will be deducted for the purpose of refund. If the refund is issued as a gift voucher, then there is no charge applicable as regards the same.
  • For orders placed via Bank Transfer payment method; refunds would be issued only as Gift Vouchers and in such cases there would not be any admin cost as mentioned above.
  • Shipping cost would be charged for refund since we do not offer free shipping all over India.
